摘要 本文制备了一种专用于聚碳酸酯(PC)与玻璃互粘的紫外光固化胶黏剂。研究了预聚物单体、稀释单体、偶联剂、光引发剂和稀释剂对于粘接性能和固化速率的影响,初步探讨了其作用机理。所制胶黏荆固化时间约为50秒,剪切强度可迭5.89MPa。 A kind of UV-curing adhesive for Polyearbonate-glass had been synthesized. The effects of oligomers, active monomers, couple agent and photoinitiator on shear strength and the curing speed of UV2 curing adhesive were studied. The curing speed of the prepared UV-curing adhesive is 50 seconds and its shear strength is 5.89MPa.
