安塞油田道路电子监控系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对安塞油田油井分布范围广、人口稀少以及交通运输为主等特点,在安塞油田道路实现电子监控系统。为了规范道路行车秩序和保护国家利益。特设计具有对出入油田及油田内部的车辆进行识别、管理、显示、存储和记录功能的电子视频监控系统。谊系统在油田道路使用二年以来,运行稳定、可靠,有效减少了偷油等违法事件的发生次数,极大地降低了油田区域道路事故率,有效地抑制了车辆驾驶员的违章行为,为油田道路安全畅通和国家利益提供了极大的保障。 In the Chansqing oil field, oil wells distributing in large area, and there is few people and many vehicles at the roads. In order to standardize traffic order, enhance the crossing safety and protect national benefit. We designed especially the electronic monitoring system with video recording, and it was used to identify, manage, display, store, register the vehicles which belong to the Changqing oil field and run in and out the oil field. This system that was applied to the reads in the oil field last year is stable and reliable. It has effective reduced the times of lawless matter, for example stealing the oil, greatly reduced accident rate at the crossing, effectively inhibited violations of vehicle drivers and ensured the safety of the roads and notional benefit.
