男性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸和颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between serum uric acid(SUA) level and carotid atherosclerosis for male patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的研究男性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸(SUA)水平和颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法收集男性2型糖尿病患者579例,按照SUA水平四分位数分为:95~250、251~302、303~363和364~658μmol/L4个组。检测体重指数、血压、血脂、尿素氮、肌酐、HbA1c等相关指标,高分辨血管外超声检测颈动脉血管斑块厚度和颈动脉内膜中层厚度,统计学分析SUA和上述指标的关系。结果男性2型糖尿病患者随着SUA水平升高颈动脉粥样硬化的检出率逐渐增高(P<0.05),且斑块厚度也随之逐渐增高(P<0.05),但和颈动脉内膜中层的厚度无关(P>0.05)。男性2型糖尿病患者的年龄、SUA和HbA1c均为颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。结论 SUA和颈动脉粥样硬化的发生发展可能有关。 Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) level and carotid atherosclerosis for male patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Five hundred and seventy-nine cases of male patients with type 2 diabetes were collected. According to the SUA level quartile, these cases were divided into four groups: 95-250, 251-302, 303-363 and 364-658 μmol/L. BMI, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, HbA, c and other related indicators were detected and collected, high-resolution ultrasound was used to detect carotid vascular plaque thickness and carotid intima-media thickness, statistical methods were used to analyze the relationships between SUA and the indicators. Results As SUA levels increasing, the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis for male patients with type 2 diabetes was gradually increased (P 〈 0.05), and the plaque thickness also gradually increased (P 〈 0 05), but SUA levels had nothing to with the thickness of the arterial intima-media (P 〉 0.05). The age of male patients with type 2 diabetes, SUA and HbA1c were the risk factors for the causing of carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion The SUA might be relevant with the development of carotid atherosclerosis
