工娱治疗对精神残疾患者的康复影响

Effects of work and recreational therapy on rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities

目的探讨工娱疗康复训练对精神残疾患者的作用。方法将200例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各100例。两组患者在抗精神病药治疗的同时,对治疗组施以工娱疗康复训练。用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)于治疗前和治疗3个月末进行评定。结果治疗前,治疗组患者各量表评分与对照组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月末,治疗组患者的各量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论工娱疗康复训练能有效改善精神残疾,减少精神疾病的社会功能缺陷。

Objective To investigate the effect of recreational therapy and rehabilitation training on patients with mental disabilities. Methods Two hundred patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 100 patients. Antipsychotics treatment were given to both two groups, work and recreational therapy and rehabilitation training was given to treatment group. Brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS）, rehabilitation of inpatients with psychiatric rating scale （IPROS） were used for evaluating before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were not statistically significant differences on scale scores between the treatment group and the control group （P 〉 0.05）, at the end of 3 months after treatment, there were statistically significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Public recreational therapy rehabilitation is effective in improving mental disability, it can reduce social disability of mental illness.
