113例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of peritoneoscope in the treatment of 113 cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析手术治疗224例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床病例资料,其中腹腔镜组113例,传统开腹手术组111例,比较两组患者的术中情况、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果腹腔镜组平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛药物使用、术后发热时间、抗生素使用时间及术后住院时间均少于开腹组(P<0.001);两组显效率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无脏器损伤及术后感染等并发症发生;两组患者再次妊娠率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、术后下床时间早、住院时间短等优点,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of ovarian endometriosis cysts with laparoscopic treatment. Methods Clinical data of 224 cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts underwent surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively, among whom 113 cases were in the laparoscopic group, 111 cases were in the traditional laparotomy group. The intraoperative situation, complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The mean operative time, the amount of bleeding in operation, postoperative analgesic use, postoperative fever time, antibiotic use time and postoperative hospital stays of the laparoscopic group were all less than those of the traditional laparotomy group （P 〈 0.001）; significant efficiency rate between the two group were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; there was no incidence of complications such as organ injury, postoperative infection and so on in the two groups; there was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts possesses advantages of less trauma, fewer complications, faster recovery, early ambulation, shorter hospitalization time, which is worthy of promotion in the primary hospital.
