丹栀逍遥散加减治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation of the Danzhi Xiaoyaosan with add and subtract in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

目的观察丹栀逍遥散加减治疗女性围绝经期综合征(肾阴虚型)的临床疗效,探索和尝试用不同方法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床思路。方法回顾性分析本院门诊48例(按随机分组原则分为治疗组和对照组各24例)围绝经期综合征患者,治疗组给予丹栀逍遥散加减治疗,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇配合安宫黄体酮治疗。观察两组用药前后的临床疗效情况及血清性激素(E2、FSH、LH)水平变化。结果经对症治疗,治疗组与对照组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清性激素(E2、FSH、LH)水平变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散加减可有效治疗女性围绝经期综合征。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Danzhi Xiaoyaosan with add and subtract in the treatment of female with perimenopausal syndrome （Kidney Yin deficiency pattern）, and to explore the clinical thought and try to use different methods to treat perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Forty eight patients with perimenopausal syndrome in our hospital in clinic were randomly divided into treatment group of 24 cases and control group of 24 cases. The treatment group was given the Danzhi Xiaoyaosan with add and subtract for treatment, while the control group were given the estrodiol and medroxyprogesterone acetate for treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was observed. The levels of serum sex hormones （E2, FSH, LH） were used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Results After symptomatic treatment, the clinical effect of the treatment group and control group were compared, the difference of therapy effect were statistically significant in two groups （P 〈 0.05）, but level changes of serum sex hormone （E2, FSH, LH） were not statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Danzhi Xiaoyaosan with add and subtract can effectively treat fe- male with perimenopausal syndrome.
