腹部外科手术患者的舒适护理

Comfort nursing of the abdominal surgery patients

目的寻找最合适的护理方法,对腹部外科手术的患者进行舒适护理。方法选择2009年7月～2011年7月120例实施腹部外科手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例患者。对照组只进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用舒适护理的方法进行护理。对两组患者手术前后消化道反应、肠功能恢复及疼痛情况进行观察比较。结果观察组患者各项指标显著优于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术患者进行舒适护理可以有效减轻患者消化道反应,缩短肠功能恢复时间,减轻手术疼痛,促进患者身心康复,此法值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To find the most appropriate nursing method to take comfort nursing of the abdominal surgery patients. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of the abdominal surgery patients from July 2009 to July 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 60 cases. The control group were only given routine care. On the basement of it, the observation group added comfort nursing. The gastrointestinal reactions, recovery of intestinal function as well as pain situation of the two groups before and after the surgery were observed and compared. Results All the indicators of the observation group were much better than that of the control group, the differences was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively reduce gastrointestinal reaction, shorten the recovery time of intestinal function and ease pain situation. Meanwhile, it also promotes physical and psychological recovery of the patients, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
