计算机辅助逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁间髁上粉碎性骨折 被引量:2

Treatment of inter-condylo and super-condylo comminuted fractures of femur with retrograde intramedullary nailing by computer aided design

摘要 目的运用计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术对22例股骨髁间、髁上粉碎性骨折行逆行交锁髓内钉固定。探讨数字化骨科手术新方法及优越性。方法计算机辅助设计(CAD)手术组:22例股骨髁上、髁间粉碎性骨折行CT扫描,计算机辅助三维重建解剖模型,设计骨折复位辅助模板,在模板辅助下骨折复位逆行交锁髓内钉固定;对照组:25例股骨髁粉碎性骨折行常规逆行交锁髓内钉固定。对比两组的手术时间、骨折愈合率、术后恢复程度。结果计算机辅助组的手术时间较对照组明显缩短,骨折愈合率提高,术后并发症发生率低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助设计手术实现了骨科手术的数字化、个性化、精确化。 Objective To fiX inter-condyle and super-condyle comminuted fractures of femur in 22 cases by operation and internal fLxation by the retrograde intramedullary nailing with computer aided design (CAD) technique and to investigate the superiority of computer-aided orthopedic surgery. Methods The computer aided design (CAD) operation group: 22 cases with inter-condyle and super-condyle comminuted fractures of femur underwent CT scan. The model of the bone and joint into computer was established, and computer aided design was used to preview the course of the operation, make aided model, position by the help of the model. Internal fixation was performed by the retrograde intramedullary nailing;Control group: retrospective analysis was performed on 25 cases of comminuted fracture of condyles of femur, who was treated by the routine operation. The time of operation' union of fracture, and the postoperative recovery were compared. Results The operation time of the CAD group was obviously shorter than the control group. For the CAD group, the union rate was higher and the postoperative complications were lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The computer aided design operation can realize orthopedics digitization individualization precision.
