变应原疫苗的研究进展

变态反应疾病已成为当今全球关注的重要公共卫生问题。应用变应原疫苗进行特异性免疫治疗为目前变态反应疾病最有效的疗法之一。近年来,随着生物技术的发展,变应原疫苗的研究也取得了相应的进展。本文就变应原疫苗的作用机理、分类及标准化和质量控制的研究进展作一综述。

Allergic diseaseis a global health problem.Allergen-specific immunotherapy with allergen vaccines has been demonstrated to be one of the most effective treatments of allergic diseases.In recent years,the research on allergen vaccines has made extensive progress with the development of biotechnology.This paper reviews the action mechanism,standardization,classification,quality control and progress in research of allergen vaccines.
