一种高原型肠内全营养制剂的抗缺氧药效研究

Pharmacodynamic research on anti-hypoxia of a complete intra-intestinal nutrition praeparatum in plateau

目的:评价一种高原型肠内全营养制剂的抗缺氧损伤作用。方法:采用小鼠急性抗缺氧实验和大鼠血浆抗氧化实验。结果:新配方制剂具有显著延长小鼠急性缺氧生存时间的作用,在大鼠血浆抗氧化实验中,也表现出对大鼠的氧化损伤保护作用。结论:新配方高原型肠内全营养制剂可对抗急性缺氧反应,同时对缺氧损伤也具有一定的保护作用。

Objective ： To evaluate the effect of a complete intraintestinal nutrition praeparatum on anti - oxidant injury caused by hypoxia in plateau. Methods： Acute hypoxia test in mouse and plasma anti -oxidant experiment in rat were employed. Results： The survival time of the mice has been significantly prolonged with new prescription in acute hypoxia, and the oxidant injury could also be evidently protected in rats. Conclusion： The new praeparatum of complete intraintestinal nutrition could play an important role in the anti - acute hypoxia, and also has the protective effect on hypoxia injury.
