Laparoscopic assistant operation for rectal cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的手术方法及疗效。方法:回顾分析2007-03～2010-10我科51例直肠癌患者行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床资料。结果:51例均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间150 min,平均出血80 ml,术后肠道功能平均恢复时间40 h,平均住院9 d;无围手术期死亡及并发症发生;术后随访1～36个月,切口及Trocar处未见肿瘤种植转移。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者创伤小、出血少、痛苦轻、并发症少、康复快,是治疗直肠癌安全有效的方法。

Objective：To investigate the surgical methods and clinical effects of laparoscopic assistant operation for rectal cancer. Methods： The clinical data of 51 patients with rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical operation from March 2007 to October 2010 in our department, were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The operation was successfully performed in 51 cases, the average operative time was 150 rain, the mean blood loss was 80 ml, the average recovery time of postoperative bowel function was 40 h, the average hospital stay was 9 d; no case died and complications occurred during perioperative period ; followed - up for 1 to 36 months after operation, no implantation metastasis of incision and Trocar were found. Conclusion： Laparoscopic assistant operation is an effective and safe treatment for patients with rectal cancer. It has the advantages of minimal incision and herorrhage, slight pain, less complications and rapid recovery.
