摘要
影响慢性丙型肝炎患者IFN抗病毒疗效的因素有宿主因素、病毒因素以及其他作用于病毒和宿主的外在因素，如吸烟、环境污染、合并其他病毒感染等。而最近的研究表明宿主IL-28B基因多态性与IFN抗HCV疗效的关系尤为重要。此文对IL-28B基因多态性对IFN抗HCV疗效影响进行综述。
It has been documented that host factors, viral factors and other external factors acting on host and virus such as smoking, environmental pollution and co-infection with other viruses, affect the outcomes of chronic hepatitis C patients treated with interferon. Recent studies have shown that IL-28B polymorphisms of host are highly related to the treatment results. The relation of IL-28B polymorphisms and the response to interferon treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis C are reviewed in this paper.
