摘要
如何加强食品安全政府监管、提高监管有效性,成为政府部门、专家学者研究的重要课题。文章分析了中国当代食品安全问题及政府监管现状、我国政府在食品安全监管机制中的现实情况,并提出进一步强化食品安全监管机制中政府责任的办法。
It is an important research project for government and specialists to strengthen government supervision on food safety and improve its effectiveness. The paper analyzes the current food safety problem and government supervision in China and the situation of Chinese government in food safety supervision mechanism, and raises the method for the government to further strengthen food safety supervision mechanism.
