摘要
本文对电力电子装置中通用散热结构做了详细的分析,得出由功率部件的发热功率推导风扇以及散热器参数的计算方法,利用VB6.0编写了此方法的程序。应用该程序,提高了设计效率。
By detail analyzing the general heat dissipation structure in power electronic equipment, algorithms for parameter of fan and heat-sink are gained and a program is given using VB6.0. By application of the program, the efficiency of design has been advanced.
