应用变刚度横向稳定杆的客车侧倾控制 被引量:13

摘要 针对空气悬架客车侧倾稳定性差的特点,建立了含横向稳定杆的车身侧倾数学模型,分析发现增加横向稳定杆角刚度能够有效减小车身侧倾,但同时会增加车身侧倾角振动。为解决这一问题提出了在空气悬架客车上应用变刚度横向稳定杆,并给出了前、后悬架变刚度横向稳定杆角刚度关系式。利用ADAMS/CAR软件建立某空气悬架客车刚柔混合整车动力学仿真模型,对模型进行了单移线和B级随机路面仿真分析,确定了变刚度横向稳定杆角刚度曲线。仿真结果表明,应用变刚度横向稳定杆,能够在几乎不影响侧倾角振动的前提下,有效控制车身侧倾。 For the characteristics of poor stability of air suspension vehicle, a mathematical roll model with anti-roll bar is estab- lished,it is found that increase anti-roll bar stiffness can effectively reduce body roll angle, but will also increase the body roll angle vibration. To solve this problem, the variable stiffness anti-roll bar is applied on the air suspension bus, and the relationship of the front and rear anti-roll bar stiffness is given, a dynamic simulation model for an air suspension bus is set up with software AD- AMS/CAR, the single lane change and B level random road simulation are carried out,which determine the anti-roll bar stiffness curve. The results of simulation demonstrate that the application of variable stiffness can effectively control the roll moment ,with- out significantly influence the roll angle vibration.
