摘要
提出将模糊控制方法用于针阀体挤压研磨过程中。用流量计采集通过针阀体孔径的实时流量,计算差值和差值的变化率,利用模糊数学的方法通过模糊化以及模糊推理得出模糊控制量,经过模糊判别之后,将模糊控制量清晰化为实际控制输出量。实际加工实验证明,模糊控制方法有效抑制了因针阀体前期工艺参数差异而导致的加工误差,降低了针阀体偶件的流量散差,降低了废品率,提高了加工效率。
Established the fuzzy control system which applicable to the injector nozzle grinding. Use tlowmeter to test the real-time traffic flow of abrasive paste. According to flow and flow rate, can estimate the size and hardness of injector nozzle, through the process of fuzzy system fuzzification, fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy judgment and output clarification prioritize the pressure for the online adjustment. The actual processing data showing that this control system has restrain the error result from the uneven parameters of prophase technology. It can reduce the flow coefficient of nozzle and improve the machining efficiency.
