摘要
以三甲基氯硅烷为起始原料,用反应精馏法经气相光氯化合成标题化合物,反应的转化率是93.3%,选择性94.3%。该方法提高了转化率和选择性,降低了能耗,适合工业化生产。
(Chloromethyl) dimethylchlorosilane was obtained via photochlorination of trimethyl chlorosilane using the meth- od of reactive distillation. The conversion of trimethyl ehlo- rosilane was 93.3% and the selectivity of (chloromethyl) dimethyl chlorosilane was 94.3%. The operation of this process improved the conversion and selectivity, reduced the waster of energy and the said method as an effective industrial method for synthesis of (chloromethyl) dimethyl chlorosilane.
