摘要
概要介绍了某寒冷地区一宾馆空调工程设计 ,对采用水路温度自控阀的新风系统中热盘管冻裂事故进行了考察分析。认为盘管内水流速过低、水在管内形成层流是造成冻结的主要原因。采取了缩小阀门口径、增加自控设施、改变加热盘管供回水接管方向等措施 ,使热盘管内水流速始终处于紊流区 。
Outlines the air conditioning system design for the Wusong hotel in Jilin,China. For heating coils broken by freezing in the fresh air unit with water temperature control valve, considers that it is due to the too low water velocity in the drain pipe. By taking some measures such as reducing valve calibre, adding automatic device, changing the connecting direction of outlet/inlet pipe to ensures water flow kept at turbulent flowing section, the problem is solved.
