To provide a reliable foundation for energy simulation, establishes a six dimension coefficient regression model for the Northeast China based on the climate data during 1978-1987 in Changchun, a provincial capital in this region, which is shown by a statistical test to be one reflecting the characteristic pattern close to that of actual meteorological parameters.
