摘要
近年来合理回收利用废弃油脂引起广泛关注,为避免其污染环境、回流餐桌,寻找科学合理的工业用途至关重要。以废弃油脂替代石油资源为原料生产生物柴油已经形成产业,油脂在一定条件下裂解也可得到多种化工产物。分析了废弃油脂特性,列举了国内外对于油脂的裂解性能研究结果,指出除了生产生物柴油外,还可利用废弃油脂作为化工原料的补充,从而为国内废弃油脂的资源化利用开发新的途径。
The recovery and reuse of waste oils have attracted wide attention recent years. It is very im- portant to find reasonable industrial utilization to avoid waste oils＇ environmental pollution and being cooked repeatedly. Characteristics of waste oils and fats were analyzed and research advance in their cracking properties was described. Waste oils and fats could be used to produce biodiesel, and as chemi- cal raw material supplement.
