摘要
在实地调查和文献研究的基础上,文章通过对煤矿企业员工安全观和工作幸福感的影响因素进行深入分析,以及对煤矿员工安全行为的数学描述,构建了煤矿企业员工安全观、工作幸福感与安全行为选择之间的影响模式。从而为提高煤矿企业员工工作幸福感和安全观,保障生产安全等提供了一个全新的思路。
Base on the site investigation and the document study, the paper had a deep analysis on the factors affected to the safety conception and the work happiness feeling of the mine staff and had a mathematic description on the safety behaviors of the mine staff. An influence model between the selections of the safety conception, work happiness feeling and safety behaviors of the mine staff was established. Therefore a new conception was provided to improve the work happiness feeling of the mine staff and to protect the mine production safety.
