摘要
目的:了解基本药物制度实施后乡镇卫生院医生工作量及收入的变化情况,分析原因并提供政策参考。方法:定性与定量方法相结合。结论:基本药物制度实施后,乡镇卫生院医生的工作量、收入有所增加,但变化不全部呈正比例关系,不能完全体现医生的工作价值。政策制定者应当从医生的角度审视政策,以更有效的推行基本药物制度。
Objective:By exploring the changes of workload and income of physicians in township hospital after the imple-mentation of the essential medicine system and analyzing the reasons, to provide a reference for further policy improvements. Methods :Combine the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Conclusion :The township hospital physicians' workload, in- come, and enthusiasm are all improved after the implementation of essential medicine system, but not all the changes are direct proportion relationship. And the changes may not reflect the value of the physicians. Policy makers should examine the policy from the perspective of physicians to implement the essential medicine policy more effectively.
