摘要
自燃煤层综放工作面停采前为创造撤面条件,顶煤无法回收,工作面支架回撤后,顶煤冒落,当工作面封闭不严或沿空掘巷留设的沿空煤柱裂隙发育煤体破碎时,构成了漏风通道,给采空区丢煤自燃提供了条件,从而极易造成已封闭采空区终采线自然发火,如何迅速判断发火位置,利用有效手段将发火点快速消灭,减少自然发火对矿井的危害和降低防治过程中的材料浪费是矿井主要解决问题。通过对163下04工作面终采线自然发火的研究,总结了一套行之有效的综放面终采线防灭火技术。
Before fully mechanized caving face of spontaneous combustion coal seam stop mining, the top - coal is not be recycled, and after the retracement of working face support, the top - coal will fall. When the working face is not tightly closed or coal pillar along the gob fractured and coal crushed, the air leakage channel is formed, which provides the conditions for spontaneous combustion of the lost coal in gob. These can easily result in spontaneous combustion in closed gob coal mining terminal line. How to quickly determine the firing position and to rapid eradicate fire by using effective means, to reduce the hazards of spontaneous combustion on mine and to de- crease material waste on the prevention process are the main problems in mine. This article summarizes a set of effective prevention fire technology about fully mechanized caving face mining terminal line by the research of spontaneous combustion on 163low04 working face mining terminal line.
