摘要
为解决采动期间回采巷道底鼓治理难题,在受动压影响的回采巷道底板上由纵向槽钢梁、横向槽钢梁构成的支柱底梁结构,并安装单体液压支柱,将顶板的压力通过单体液压支柱传递到底板,同时利用单体液压支柱本身所具有的高支护阻力,以达到控制底鼓的目的。该方法支护强度高、操作简便、对生产影响很小,是一种有效的采动期间巷道底鼓治理方法。
To solve the control problems of gateway floor heave during the mining period, the prop bottom beam structure, formed by longitudinal channel steel beams, horizontal channel steel beams and single hydraulic prop, were mounted on gateway floor which af- fected by the dynamic pressure. So roof pressure was transferred from roof to floor by the single hydraulic prop, which took advantage of its high support resistance to achieve floor heave control. The method, with high supporting strength, simple operation, minimal impact on production, is an effective method for floor heave control during mining.
