摘要
从企业竞争对手情报采集与微博客使用相联系的角度出发,分析了竞争对手情报的基本类型以及在微博客上的数据信息模块,在此基础上构建了企业面向微博客采集竞争对手情报的系统框架,提出了企业面向微博客采集竞争对手情报的主要模式和具体采集策略,以期为企业在利用现代互联网社区采集竞争情报方面提供理论支持和实践指导。
Starting with the interrelationships between enterprise competitor intelligence acquisition and application of micro-blogs, this article analyzes the basic types of competitor intelligence and its date module on the micro-blogs. Based on this, the ar- ticle constructs a system framework for enterprise to collect competitor intelligence from micro-blogs, and brings forward the main modes and concrete strategies for enterprise to collect competitor intelligence from micro-blogs so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprise to collect competitor intelligence by the use of modern Internet community.
