摘要
根据市场营销的基本原理 ,针对“入世”以后房地产开发企业市场营销环境发生的变化 。
After China accedes to the World Trade Organization, the marketing environment for the enterprise of real estate development will change. In accordance with the change and according to basic principles of marketing, the new ideas regarding marketing innovation for the enterprise of real estate development have been put forward in this paper.
