摘要
基于TRIZ理论,提出一种改善非接触式机械密封在低转速状态下密封面相对转速低且不稳定的方法。通过对传统机械密封整体原理和结构的分析,运用TRIZ理论,以"速度"为改善的参数,"组件的复杂性"和"测量的准确性"为恶化的参数,由矛盾矩阵得到发明原理号,经分析选取"调节器原理"和"置换机械系统原理",并由此采取设置中间旋转环及采用电磁驱动该中间旋转环的方法,提高了机械密封的工作稳定性和使用寿命。
Based on the TRIZ theory, a method to improving the problem of the sealing surface of non-contact mechani-cal seal,which had low and unstable relative rotate speed under low speed state, was put forward. By using the TRIZ theo- ry,the parameter" speed"was chosen as for improvement, and the parameters of" component complexity" and" accuracy of measurement'as for deterioration, through the analysis of the overall principles and structures of the traditional mechanical seal. Some inventive principles were obtained from the contradiction matrix,and the"regulator principle'and" replacement of mechanical systems principle" were selected by analysis. The method of mounting a middle rotating ring was adopted, and an electromagnetic drive device was used to drive the ring. The working stability and service life of the mechanical seals are improved.
