注射模冷却系统的设计

Discussion of the cooling system design of injecting mould

从传热学的角度分析了注射模具的散热情况 ,浅述了注射模冷却系统中有关自然冷却与强制冷却的问题 ,提出采用强制冷却时 ,应充分考虑模具自身散热问题 。

Based on the heat transfer theory, the heat sinking of injecting mould, the issues about natural and forced cooling of cooling system in the mould are studied. The arguments are presented that the mould self heat sinking should be carefully considered when using the forced cooling, and that the formula method other than the emperical method should be used to set the diameters of the cooling canals.
