摘要
指出弧焊逆变器传统控制系统存在的问题 ,研究了快速、浮动给定电流式无超调控制系统 ,改变了以往给定电流信号的输入形式 ,使其不再以突变的阶跃形式输入 ,而是变为以在输出电流影响下初值为 0的浮动连续的形式输入 ,从而使得整个系统的过渡过程变成无数个稳态过程的组合 ,不会出现相对目标值的超调 ,避免了开关元件由于过载而引发的破坏 。
This paper studies the non overload control system with rapid floating given current after discussing the problem of the traditional inverter. By changing the inputting style of given current signal the studied system with no abrupt jumpting but continuous inputting style with floating of initial zero under the influence of the outputting current makes the whole process as the combination of many steady ones with no overload to the object current to avoid the destroy by overloading and so improves the reliability of the inverter.
