盆底重建术后肌电生物反馈治疗的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价盆底重建术后肌电生物反馈疗法进行盆底肌肉康复效果。方法回顾分析本院2009年5月至2010年12月行盆底重建术患者43例,术后随机分为研究组(23例)与对照组(20例),研究组术后3月给予盆底肌电生物反馈治疗,对照组无殊处理。术后3、6、12月随访两组盆底肌电值、肌力提升和P-QOL量分。结果与术后3月组比较,研究组术后6、12月盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维电位值、肌力均呈上升趋势,P-QOL量分呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论盆底重建术后肌电生物反馈疗法能够提升盆底肌表面肌电值与肌力,改善患者生活质量。 Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of electromyographic biofeedback on pelvic floor muscle after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. Methods: Forty three patients received pelvic floor reconstruction surgery from May 2009 to December 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty three patients in the observation group were given the treatment of electromyographic biofeedback for 3 months after surgery, no treatment for the patients in control group after surgery. Pelvic muscle electromyography, muscle strength and Prolapse Quality of Life (P-QOL) questionnaire were assessed in 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery. Results: The parameters such as pelvic muscle electromyography, muscle strength and Prolapse Quality of Life (P-QOL) questionnaire were significantly different between the observation group and the control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusions: Pelvic muscle electromyography and muscle strength could be improved and the symptoms could be released by electromyographic biofeedback treatment after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery.
