摘要
目的探讨PACS系统在影像见习教学中的优势。方法运用教研室的PACS系统制作多媒体课件,并在见习课中逐步淘汰以往的观片灯和胶片,用PACS网络系统、多媒体教室、超大屏幕投影仪等进行教学。结果 PACS系统克服了以往传统胶片见习教学的弊端,丰富了教学手段,充实了教学内容,教学督导专家评分从88.5分提高到96.5分,学员学习积极性提高,评教满意度提高,2008—2011年评教优评率达到100%。结论运用PACS系统后有效地提高了教学质量,是影像见习教学中一次里程碑式的革命,在现代医学影像学网络教学中发挥了及其重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the advantage of picture archiving and communication systems in teaching model of radiology. Methods The application models of PACS, media mixin classroom, huge screen projecting apparatus which take place of the traditional film were applied in the teaching. Results On basis of PACS, the traditional practice disadvan- tage was overcome, the teaching method was improved and the teaching content was enriched. The favorable comment supervisor specialist increase from 88.5 to 96.5, degree of satisfaction of the students increase and reach 100%. Conclusion The teaching quality was improved by the application of the PACS, PACS provided a new model of medical radiol- ogy practice teaching, It has significance of raising the teaching level and promoting the teaching retbrmationL.
