安全分隔输液器对安全留置针耗用量影响的研究

Study for the effect of intrafix safe-set in the consumption of the safety catheters

目的探讨安全分隔输液器在神经ICU静脉输液中对静脉安全留置针耗用量的影响。方法选择2010年7月～2011年1月在神经ICU使用安全分隔输液器与普通输液器的临床资料,根据纳入标准选择符合研究的患者,进行基线评估,奇数号床位设为对照组(n=836),使用普通输液器;偶数号床位设为实验组(n=709),使用安全分隔输液器,采取单盲方法,收集两组静脉安全留置针耗用情况并进行对比分析。结果两组静脉安全留置针耗用数量差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论使用安全分隔输液器,可有效减少静脉安全留置针的耗用量,减少医护人员静脉穿刺工作量和患者被穿刺次数,减少患者医疗费用,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To study the influence of intrafix safe-set in the consumption of the safety catheter Neuro- ICU. Method The clinical data regarding the usage of the intrafix safe-set and the safety catheter was collected analyzed, and select the patients according to the inclusion criteria between July1, 2010 and January31, 2011 in Neuro- ICU in our hospital, and assess the baseline and assign them into two groups, setting the Odd number as the control group（n=836）which use the common infusion, the even number as the experimental group（n= 709）using the lntra- fix safe-set, data was analyzed by using rank sum test. Result There was no differences in the gender, age, glasgow score of the two groups （P^0.05）. There was significant differences in the consumption of the safety IV- catheter in these two groups. Conclusion The use of the Intrafix safe-set can reduce the consumption of the safety IV-catheter, the workload of medical staff, the puncture times of the patients and the medical costs and even relieve the pain.
