摘要
建立饮料中维生素C含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。采用ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)反相色谱柱,以0.1%草酸溶液为流动相,光电二级管阵列检测器,检测波长为267nm。线性范围为20~160μg/mL,相关系数为0.9983,方法的回收率为96.4%~100.2%,相对标准偏差为0.61%。该方法简便、分析速度快,能够满足果汁饮料中维生素C的检测要求。
In this work,HPLC has been used to determine the content of Vitamin C in beverage. ODS C18(4. 6mm × 250mm,5μm) is used as reversed phase column. The 0. 1% oxalic acid solution is mobile phase. The wavelength of photediede array detector is 267nm. Its recovery-ratio is 96.4% -100. 2%, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9963. The relative standard deviation was 0. 61%- This HPLC method is simple and convenient, and is easy to control. This analysis method is fast-speed, high sensitivity, and be able to meet requirements of the Vitamin C in beverage industry.
