摘要
为了满足港口和特种设备行业对起重机司机的需求,本文在现代虚拟现实技术的引领下,研究了多种大型港口起重设备操作训练仿真机的集成技术。论文分析了五种超大型港口起重机工作机构的驾驶功能和集成技术可行性,明确了训练仿真机的功能,以学员在司机座位上进行正常操纵的观察视角和目标物为依据,进行了虚拟环境的设计,完成了仿真机集成研制。成果已在多个港口和特种设备培训部门获得成功应用。
In order to meet the needs of the port and special equipment industry crane drivers, under the guidance of virtual reality technology to study the integration of a variety of large-scale port lifting equipment operation training simulator technology. The paper analyzes the driving functionality and integration technical feasibility of the five kinds of very large bodies of Port Cranes, clear the function of the training simulator, normal manipulation of the viewing angle and target students in the driver's seat based on the virtual environment design, and integrated development of the simulator. The results have been applied successfully in the number of ports and special equipment training department.
