摘要 叙述小径薄壁管焊缝超声检测应用现状和发展动向。采用相控阵技术,制定适当的扫查工艺,用声线示踪法,可显示法规提出的检测体积全覆盖的范围,也能校核检测角度适当与否。相控阵可使用S(扇形)扫描或E(电子)扫描,并使用多道扫描,完成小径管检验。关键项目是解决小径管的声束散焦,薄壁管中缺陷表征定量,以及使用合适的扫查器。本文意在为国内推广应用该新技术并制定相应工业标准,提供有用借鉴。 This article describes current status and on-going developments in ultrasonic inspection of butt- welded joints in small diameter and thin-walled pipes. Using ultrasonic phased array and appropriate Scan Plans, the ray tracing technique can show complete coverage to code, and also appropriate angles. The techniques can use S-scans or E-scans, and in some cases, multiple scans are required to complete inspections of small diameter pipes. The key items are solving beam defocus, characterization and quantitative determination of defects and using suitable scanners. The intention is to provide some useful references for promoting the use of this new technology and establishing our own industrial standard.
