阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症对照研究

Comparison of Curative Efficacy of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Female Schizophrenia

目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及副作用。方法将80例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗,疗程6周。分别在治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周末,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效、副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果两组患者经6周治疗后,其有效率分别为87.5%和90.0%,两组药物疗效无显著性差异(χ2=0.13,P=0.72);利培酮组锥体外系反应的发生率、体质量增加和泌乳及月经紊乱高于阿立哌唑组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.62,P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮对女性精神分裂症疗效相当,阿立哌唑锥体外系副作用、体质量增加和内分泌改变较利培酮少,更适用于女性精神分裂症患者。

Objective To compare the curative efficacy and side effect of the therapy scheme to apply aripiprazole or risperidone to female schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 female patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. They received aripiprazole or risperidone respectively for 6 weeks. The positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS）and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）were used to evaluate effects and adverse reaction before and at the ends of 2,4,6 weeks of treat- ment. Results The total effective rates of aripiprazole or risperidone group were 87.5% and 90.0% respectively after 6 weeks. There was no significant difference between two groups （X^2= 0.13,P = 0.72）. In the field of side effects,especially extrapyramidal symptoms, weight gain,lactation and menstrual disorders, aripiprazole was significantly lower than risperidone （X^2= 4. 62, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aripiprazole is as effective as risperidone for the treatment of female schizophrenia. The extrapyramidal symptoms,weight gain and endocrine change are higher in the risperidone group than those in the aripiprazole group. Aripiprazole is beneficial for female schizophrenia.
