摘要
我国城市地下空间利用规划研究虽已取得较多的进展 ,然而在总体上 ,人们对结合城市的快速发展 ,合理开发地下空间的策略、理论、方法与技术 ,至今仍无完整的认识 ,特别是其规划实施缺乏法律保障 。
Though there has been a great progress in study on planning of urban underground space, generally,there is lack of an overall knowledge of strategy, theory, method and technology in rational development of underground space connected with the rapid development of cities. In this paper ,based on current laws and regulations an investigation on legislation and management system of development and utilization of urban underground space was carried out. [
