摘要
目的通过探讨工作满意度和工作应激同人格特质的关系,研究人格特质对工作应激和工作满意度的影响。方法选取高校教师为对象,共发放有效问卷538份。用工作应激问卷、艾森克人格问卷、工作满意度问卷进行测查。结果结构方程显示,t<-1.96,表明工作应激对于工作满意度的主效应显著,且为负相关;t>1.96,表明内外向人格对于工作满意度的主效应显著;t>-1.96,表明神经质人格对于工作满意度的主效应不显著,且为负相关。结论工作应激对工作满意度具有直接反向预测作用;人格特质可以直接预测工作满意度。
Objective Through discussing the relationship between job satisfaction,job stress and personality,to study how personality affects job stress and job satisfaction.Methods Teachers from colleges were interviewed with a lot of 538 copies of effective questionnaire including the College Working Stress Scale,EPQ and Investigation into Teachers’ Satisfaction with Work.Results SEM showed that when t〈-1.96,job stress had a main effect on job satisfaction and the correlation between them was negative;when t〉1.96,the extraversion had a significant main effect on job satisfaction;when t〉-1.96,Neuroticism had not a significant main effect on job satisfaction and the correlation between them was negative.Conclusion Job stress has a direct reverse prediction on job satisfaction;personality traits predicts job satisfaction directly.
