摘要
目的检验简易肌肉放松对缓解中学生学习疲劳长期效果的稳定性。方法在芜湖市、沈阳市、临汾市抽取中学生样本461人。实验采用单组追踪设计,被试在现实情境下每天进行简易肌肉放松持续2个月,每半个月进行1次学习疲劳程度的测量,分析5次测量分数的差异。结果学生训练后的学习疲劳程度出现显著下降(F=1007.35,P<0.001),且随着训练时间的增加呈线性的下降趋势(F=1436.12,P<0.001)。结论简易肌肉放松对缓解学生学习疲劳的效果较为稳定。
Objective To validate the stability of abbreviated muscular re1axation for reducing middle school students’ learning fatigue.Methods Sampling 461 students from one middle school of Wuhu,Shenyang and Linfen.In the practical situation,using longitudinal design,let students do the exercise everyday for 2 month.Then analyze the difference of the scores of learning fatigue between 5 times measure which carry through every half month.Results The students’ learning fatigue reduced(F=1007.35,P〈0.001) step by step along with increase of training times(F=1436.12,P〈0.001).Conclusion Abbreviated muscular re1axation can reduce middle school students’ learning fatigue.
