医学研究生学习倦怠与专业承诺情况调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查医学研究生学习倦怠与专业承诺状况,了解医学研究生有无学习倦怠情况及对自身的专业认同度。方法采用研究生学习倦怠量表和专业承诺量表对111名研究生进行测试并对结果进行分析。结果在111名被调查的研究生中,有30%的学习倦怠者,仅有1%的学生没有学习倦怠。学习倦怠的平均得分为2.81,专业承诺的平均得分为3.41。专业承诺各维度在不同被试间无显著性差异(P>0.05),情绪低落在不同性别之间有显著性差异(t=2.081,P<0.05),是否是第一志愿考生在情绪低落维度上有显著性差异(t=2.526,P<0.05)。情绪低落与继续承诺以及倦怠总分与继续承诺有相关关系。结论医学研究生中有学习倦怠者,男生比女生以及第一志愿比调剂考生有更高的情绪低落。 Objective To investigate medical postgraduates’ learning burnout and professional commitments,then know if they have learning burnout and the sense of professional commitment.Methods Using learning burnout questionnaire and professional commitment questionnaire to 111 postgraduates.Results 30% postgraduates had learning burnout,whereas only 1% of postgraduates hadnot learning burnout.And the average score of learning burnout was 2.81,while the average score of professional commitment was 3.41.Professional commitment had no significant differences(P〉0.05).However,there were depression differences on the gender(t=2.081,P〈0.05)and these differences also happened the fact whether medicine was their first choice or not(t=2.526,P〈0.05).It could easily show depression related to continuing promise and total points of learning burnout also related to continuing promise.Conclusion Medical postgraduates indeed have some learning burnout.At the same time,male postgraduates have more depression than the female,and the students who have the medicine as their first choice also have more depression.
