Innovation is the key factor for the enterprise’s core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity,and has become the first target for the survival and development of any enterprise.Endogenous innovation,innovative culture and entrepreneur’s innovative ability are the positive impacts on the performance of enterprises.The three endogenous innovative factors have been proved the validity in enhancing enterprise performance.The unity of the three indigenous innovative factors will infallibly improve asset utilization,reduce costs and expenditures,increase sale volumes and profits,improve job satisfaction of employees,and expand business areas.
