Cross-Cultural Comparative Study and Its Implication for Management of Cross-Cultural Team

企业全球化经营是跨国公司的战略选择,这必然带来不同民族文化之间的碰撞与融合,文化冲突是跨国公司面临的重大问题之一,也是跨文化团队管理冲突的重要来源,这使得跨文化管理研究具有重要的意义。当前宏观层面的跨文化比较研究成果颇丰,但跨文化团队管理研究较少。研究者应借鉴跨文化比较研究成果,加强跨文化团队管理方面的研究,提升跨文化团队管理水平及管理绩效。

Enterprise globalization operating is multi-national corporation’s strategic choice.It will inevitably bring about the collision and fusion of different cultures.Cultural conflict in multi-national corporation is one of the major problems which must be faced with.And it is also the important source of conflict in cross-cultural team management.So it is important to study cross-cultural management.Macro-level cross-cultural comparison research has got fruitful results,but less on the study of cross-culture team management.Researchers should learn from the results of the cross cultural comparison research to strengthen the cross-culture team management research,and to enhance the cross-culture team management level and management performance.
