摘要 目的:采用石墨烯(GS)-Nafion-纳米金(Au)增敏印刷电极(SPCEs)建立青藤碱(SN)的测定方法,探讨SN在修饰电极上的电化学行为。方法:将GS-Nafion溶液涂覆于SPCEs表面制得GS-Nafion︱SPCEs电极,然后于上述电极表面化学镀Au制得Au/GS-Nafion︱SPCEs电极,在B-R缓冲液中,采用循环伏安(CV)和示差脉冲伏安(DPV)法研究SN的电化学性质。结果:在优化的实验条件下,DPV氧化峰电流与SN浓度在5.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.2×10-7mol.L-1。结论:该修饰电极价格低廉,制备容易,样品用量少,抗干扰性强,可用于正清风痛宁注射液中SN含量测定。 Objective:To investigate the electrochemical behavior of sinomenine(SN) by screen-printed carbon electrodes(SPCEs) sensitized by graphene sheets(GS),Nafion and gold nanoparticals(Au).Methods:SPCEs was coated by GS-Nafion solution and Au was painted on its surface to fabricate Au/GS-Nafion︱SPCEs electrode.The electrochemical characteristics of SN were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) in a Britton-Robinson(B-R) buffer solution.Results:Under optimum experimental conditions,the anodic peak current obtained by DPV was linearly dependent on SN concentration in the range of 5.0×10-7-1.0×10-4 mol·L-1.The detection limit was 2.2×10-7 mol·L-1.Conclusion:The modified electrode is inexpensive,easy to prepare with fewer sample volume and strong anti-interference and is suitable for the determination of SN in Zhengqing Fengtongning injection samples.
