摘要
随着公路建设的发展,部分公路不可避免地会经过水环境敏感区,公路径流直接排放会对水环境造成污染,但我国现行《公路排水设计规范》没有针对水环境敏感区排水设计做出规定。在总结国内外对公路径流污染分析的基础上,结合我国相关水质标准和排放标准对水环境敏感程度进行了分级。总结了各种路面径流污染控制工程措施的使用效果,参照国外公路径流处理方法,提出了适用于我国的水环境敏感区的排水环境保护设计措施,为《公路排水设计规范》的修订提供参考。
With the development of highway construction in China,part of the highways will inevitably cross the water environmental sensitive areas.The water runoff of highway will cause environmental pollution if it discharges directly to nature.But there are no provisions about environmental protection design of road drainage in water environmental sensitive areas in current Specifications of Drainage Design for Highways.Based on a summary of highway runoff pollution at home and aboard,the water environment sensitive degree is classified combining with relevant water quality standards and discharge standards in China.The engineering effect of several pollution control measures taken to treat roadway surface runoff is summarized.Referring to the highway runoff processing methods in some foreign countries,several pollution design measures suitable for China are proposed in water environmental sensitive areas which can provide a reference for the revised Specifications of Drainage Design for Highways.
