摘要
目的了解嘉兴地区女性的人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染及分型。方法收集3050名HPV体检女性的宫颈脱落细胞标本,用流式荧光杂交法检测HPV基因型中的7种低危亚型、19种高危亚型。结果 3050名受检女性中,310名检出HPV,检出率为10.16%,其中单一基因型检出率为8.75%,混合感染检出率为1.41%;HPV亚型共检测出16种,分别是6、11、40、16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、56、58、68、83型;<29岁女性感染HPV的概率最大,占了所有HPV感染阳性者的39.68%,且感染HPV高危亚型的比例最大,≥50岁的女性感染HPV的概率占所有HPV感染阳性女性的8.06%;低危亚型及高危亚型在18~30岁年龄组检出率均较其他年龄组高;受检女性的各个年龄段中,高危亚型的HPV检出率均最高,占49.35%;HPV-6、HPV-18在本地户籍女性中检出率相对较高(P<0.05),HPV-11、HPV-16两种HPV亚型在本地户籍女性中检出率相对较低(P<0.05)。结论嘉兴女性感染HPV情况与人口流动性有关,基因型分布较广。
OBJECTIVE To investigate HPV infection and the genotyping of the women in Jiaxing. METHODS A total of 3050 cases of cervical exfoliated cell specimens of women undergoing HPV physical examination were collected, and 7 low-critically subtypes and 19 high-critically subtypes of HPV genotypes were tested with flow fluorescence hybridization technique. RESULTS Totally 310 of the 3050 cases.were positive, the total detection rate was 10.16~, among which the total detection rate of single genotype infection was 8.75o/00 and the rate of mixed genotype infection was 1.41M; totally 16 kinds of HPV subtypes were tested, as such 6, 11, 40, 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 68, 83 subtype; the probability for the female patients infected HPV who were below 29 years old was the highest, those patients accounted for 39. 68% among all the positive HPV infection patients, and the critically subtype of HPV occupied the highest proportion, the probability for female patients infected HPV who were above 50 was only 8.06V0; the detection rate of the low-critically subtypes and the high-critically subtypes in 18--30 years old group was higher than that of the other group; among all the age groups of the tested female patients, the detection rate of high-critically subtypes was the highest (49.35~) ; the detection rate of HPV-6 and HPV-18 in the local women group was relatively high (P〈0. 05), while the detection rate of the HPV-ll and HPV-16 was relatively low (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION HPV infection in the female patients of Jiaxing is related to the mobility of population, and the genotypes are widely distributed.
