Clinical impact of nursing intervention on nosocomial infections in bone marrow suppression stage after chemotherapy

摘要 目的探讨护理干预对肿瘤患者化疗骨髓抑制期发生医院感染的影响。方法对2010年(干预前)、2011年(干预后)入院肿瘤化疗患者的医院感染率进行回顾性分析。结果 2010年收治4296例肿瘤化疗患者,发生医院感染82例,感染率为1.9%,2011年收治4923例肿瘤化疗患者,发生医院感染50例,感染率1.0%。结论恶性肿瘤患者是医院感染的高危人群,化疗导致身体免疫力下降;采取积极护理防护措施可有效降低肿瘤化疗患者的医院感染率。 OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the nosocomial infections in the tumor patients during the bone marrow suppression stage after chemotherapy. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of the tumor patients who enrolled hospital for chemotherapy in 2010 ( before the intervention) and 2011 ( after the intervention). RESULTS Among 4296 tumor patients enrolled for chemotherapy in 2010, nosocomial infections occurred in 82 patients with the incidence of 1.9%, and of 4923 tumor patients enrolled in 2011, there were 50 patients suffered from nosocomial infections with the infection rate of 1.0%. CONCLUSION The patients with malignant tumors are at high risk of nosocomial infections and chemotherapy may lead to the decline of body immunity; it is an effective way to decrease the incidence of nosocomial infections in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy to take active nursing interventions.
