全自动清洗消毒机集中处理呼吸机附件的效果分析

Study on effect of sterilization for ventilator accessories by full automatic disinfection machines

目的分析全自动清洗消毒机集中处理呼吸机附件的清洗消毒效果,以有效预防、控制呼吸机相关性肺炎。方法运用全自动清洗消毒机和配套清洗架,按照标准清洗流程对3003件呼吸机附件进行集中清洗消毒,并用目测法及细菌采样法对消毒后附件进行效果监测及评价。结果呼吸机附件经全自动清洗消毒机集中清洗消毒处理后,目测法观察3003件附件合格率达99.9%,采样法监测360件附件合格率达100.0%。结论运用全自动清洗消毒机对呼吸机附件进行集中清洗消毒,能充分保证呼吸机附件的清洗消毒质量,有效降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,不断提升临床科室对消毒供应中心服务的满意度。

OBJECTIVE To study the sterilization effects on ventilator accessories disposed by full automatic disinfection machines, thus to prevent and control the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. METHODS By means of automatic disinfection machines and cleaning frames, a total of 3003 ventilator accessories were cleaned and disinfected according to the criteria, after the cleaning process, the sterilization effect on the ventilator accessories were evaluated by visual estimation and bacteria sampling detection. RESULTS The quality rate conducted by： the visual estimation was up to 99.9%, 100.0% by sampling for 360 the ventilator accessories. CONCLUSION Using full automatic disinfection machines to clean and sterilize the ventilator accessories can ensure the quality of the ventilator sterilization and reduce the hospital infections effectively, thus lifting the satisfaction from the clinical departments towards the service of CSSD.
