头孢曲松联合丙种球蛋白治疗金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的疗效观察

Clinical effect of ceftriaxone combined with gamma globulin on treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome

目的观察头孢曲松联合丙种球蛋白治疗金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床疗效。方法 56例金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿随机分为两组,每组各28例;对照组仅给予头孢曲松治疗,观察组给予头孢曲松联合丙种球蛋白治疗,观察和比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿体温正常时间、皮肤疼痛消失时间、表皮剥脱面干燥时间、门诊治疗天数分别为(2.1±0.5)、(3.0±0.5)、(3.2±0.6)、(6.5±1.2)d,对照组分别为(2.7±0.6)、(3.7±0.7)、(3.9±0.8)、(7.7±1.3)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松联合丙种球蛋白治疗金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征疗效显著,未出现严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of ceftriaxone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. METHODS A total of 56 patients with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n = 28） was only treated with ceftriaxone, and the observation group （n=28） was treated with ceftriaxone combined with gamma globulin. The clinical efficacy, the improved time of clinical symptoms, and the adverse reaction in two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group （92.9%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.0%）（P〈0.05）. The normal body temperature time to stop, skin pain vanishing time, epidermal stripping surface drying time, and length of treatment in the observation group （2. 1 ±0. 5）d, （3.0± 0.5）d, （3.2±0.6）d, （6.5±1.2）d were significantly shorter than those of the control group （2.7±0.6）d, （3.7 ±0.7）d, （3.9±0.8）d, （7.7!1.3）d, the differences were statistically significantly （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The ceftriaxone combined with gamma globulin is significantly effective in treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome without serious adverse reactions occurring, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
