摘要
研究对刺玫果中天然抗氧化成分多酚、黄酮、Vc、β-胡萝卜素和番茄红素的含量进行测定。将刺玫果多酚用不同极性的溶剂连续分级萃取分为8部分。利用AAPH诱导的HepG2细胞氧化应激损伤模型评价各组分的抗氧化能力。结果证明:刺玫果富含大量的抗氧化物质,乙酸乙酯提取物含有最高含量的多酚和黄酮、具有很强的清除细胞内ROS的能力。刺玫果提取物抗氧化能力与其多酚的含量具有一定的关系。研究为刺玫果抗氧化物质的确定和抗氧化能力的研究奠定了理论基础。
The natural antioxidants Vc, β-carotene and lycopene of Rose hip were determined. Rose hip was extracted consecutively by six solvents of different polarity, and the total content of polyphenols and flavonoids were determined. HepG2 cells using AAPH-induced oxidative stress model to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of each component. The results indicated that Rose hip is rich in a lot of antioxidants. Among eight factions, ethyl acetate extract revealed the highest total phenolic and flavonoids content and the strongest antioxidant ability. This result provided evidence for the determination of antioxidants and antioxidant capacity of rose hip.
