摘要 帕金森病(PD)是一种中老年人常见的进行性中枢神经系统退行性疾病,患病率为160/10万,主要病变为中脑黒质致密部(SNpc)多巴胺能神经元退行性病变导致的多巴胺(DA)与乙酰胆碱平衡失调。其病理特点是中脑黑质多巴胺能神经元严重的变性、缺失,残存的神经元内出现parkin、DJ-1、
